Program Cost: $750.00

Our intent is to make this as affordable as possible for children and families who have demonstrated financial need based on receipt of free or reduced lunch. Please attach documentation that the child(ren) receives reduced or free lunch to receive a discount (of as much as 100%) off the full tuition. *10% discount for each additional child.

Cash is not accepted. Make checks or money orders payable to Trinity United Church of Christ. Please be sure to include in the memo section of the check that the payment is for Freedom School and include your child’s name.

You can drop off or mail your payment and completed paperwork, (Registration Form, Parent Information Form, Parent Commitment Form and Media Release Concent), to the front desk at the church. (400 W. 95th Street, Chicago, IL 60628).
